I was stunned, but after thinking about it, I believe that it was brilliant. These guys' main line of business is building and servicing race cars, so pulling up the body to access the motor and drivetrain may be their preferred option.
Replaced all of the body mount bushings, which were not in the greatest shape.

Came off relatively easy. Just have to keep track of all the connecting hoses and wires. And, it makes sure that upon reassembly, all of the body electrical grounds are clean and tight.

In a quirk of damn unfortunate coincidence, about a month ago, I broke my foot and ankle in 4 places, three of which are displaced fractures, and I have been laid up since. I did drive the truck home from the shop in violation of my doctor's orders (It is better to ask for forgiveness, than to ask for permission). As such, I have no experience yet to advise you on, and when I am able to drive it, I will take the long and cautious route to get fully familiar with the new setup, before I start pushing the envelope.
The entire project and related equipment and tuning was dictated by Whipple and Texas Speed working together to produce a build that would stay together for the long term. I have no dyno results, and I do not tow.
Ouch, hope the foot heals fast! I keep thinking about supercharging my '07 2500 (when and if funds allow) but I'm held back by two things: one, the body is starting to rust in a few places and I don't know if it's worth dumping $8k into it... and two, that $8k could go partway towards a Duramax converted Burb!
Sure hope your foot heals fast! Thanks for sharing the pics. I would have probably slept in the shop so I could coat the frame, replace the fuel pump, and anything else I could think of to do while the body was off the frame. Can't wait to hear the driving report!

Do you have any pics of how and where the intercooler is mounted
and where the pump and lines run?
I see the coolant resevoir located on the pass side up high.
Want to kinda compare it to my edelbrock EForce SC, that I actually took off
