Yup there is a sign that says just that when you cross the county line. Wharton Tavern was my watering hole. Then up the road is the Austin Dam memorial park. Never forget visiting that place.

Blast from the past.... was digging through my picture files and saw these from fall 2003. Thought of you:

That makes no sense.
I know - it sounded like it was because of a bad experience
That makes no sense.
I think there must have been a bad experience of some sort - that was my interpretation of what they said.

This was back when I had seen their videos online and I was dealing with electrical gremlins for about 5 years and needed help.

I think it's more that he has more than enough local business and sometimes the cars sit for a week or two while he has time to work on them, as well as the time it can take to get parts.

He actually talked about it in one of his videos. He has plenty of local work and also doesn't like the stress of having to fix someone's car in the same day that drove 8hrs to get to his shop. I'm sure he also makes plenty of income from his YouTube vids. He was very apologetic and appreciative of the attention.

New Hillcrest Mobile in Cedar Grove. Bob is the owner. Nick usually takes care of my truck. They are not cheap but they are good. They did my Whipple install and a majority of my other work. They are rebuilding my rear this winter.

Been taking care of most of my cars and other family's cars for years.

Someone I knew had the old 8-6-4 Caddy and it wasn't running right. Even the dealer couldn't get it right. He said Bob fixed it. Last time I was up there they were putting a motor in a 78 Regal, besides the usual stuff. A friend of mine even had them do the maintenance on his Ferrari, which is usually a big "No No" but they did it and got it done for less and faster than World Wide Ferrari in Nanuet.

Height's Service Center. Craig has worked on my 96 2dr a bunch over the years and always did a great job. May be a little bit of a hike for you into Bergen County, but they are honest, fair and Chevy guys.
