new C style tail lights on a 07-14 tahoe?

hello I've been pondering for awhile now about changing out my tail lights because one is cracked. I want to change it to the newer led C style from the 15-20 Yukon Denali. Would they be a direct fit size wise? I don't mind having to splice some wires to make the lights work, I just don't know if they will fit in the sockets. I know I can order aftermarket ones that look like them but I want to stay OEM because they are brighter and much better quality then the cheap Chinese brands. Picture for reference.

The tail lights on the 2007-2014 models are completely different shape wise than the 2015-2020 models along with the corresponding mounting point in the rear of the body of the truck. They wouldn’t mount up to the truck unless you did serious body fabrication work to modify it and make it work.

Don’t go all “oem is better” on us LOL. Them Yukon tail lights are poop. Almost guaranteed to break. But easy to fix. Also like stated above. Them taillights won’t fit your truck

I like the 2015 Tahoe Lights... does anyone know if there is a similar aftermarket tail light design that would work on my 2013 Tahoe LTZ?
