I need the pinout for the tape deck. I plan to unplug the tape deck and make a custom bluetooth interface board. I need to know what the various lines in the wiring harness to the tape deck.

I am hacking together a Bluetooth board from USB phone charger and 5V bluetooth trainer board off ebay. Then I'll use On-star mic for microphone :) Makes it so all I need to do is jumper into the existing harnesses.

The idea is to use the control lines for the tape deck to:

1 - Power the Bluetooth module
2 - fast forward - next song
3 - rewind - previous song
4 - play - play

What year are you doing this for? I believe tape players were only in 2000-2002 vehicles and they were integrated into the radio. Not sure if this will help, but this is the only audio system diagram the Haynes manual has.
