Hoping someone knows what this noise points to. Ive checked all the bushing and shot them with silicone grease to exhaustion.

This sound happens when the suspension travels and it seems to make a similar noise when turning the wheels.

my tie rod ends are ripped but I would think tie rod ends wouldn't make this noise from simply pushing the suspension up and down without turning the tires. About a year ago I installed rough country leveling struts. Think they could be failing? Also, recently replaced uca and ball joints on both sides.

You're gonna have to start disconnecting things, then moving by hand to feel /hear the binding. Probably bushings, did you inststall urethanes?Hope you greased them. For them, Loosen bushing bolts while at ride height, bounce suspension as best you can, retighten bolts.Otherwise it;s checking ball joints and tie rod binding. Try disconnecting pittman arm and moving steering by hand.

You lubed the sway bar link bushings and the bar bushings that hold the sway bar to the frame?

Ended up getting all the needle grease gun fittings from my local AZ. Broke three in the process but I was able to inject enough grease into my lower ball joints. So far the noise is gone.

also tested my lower ball joints which currently dont have play so thats good.

Mine did that. Found a leaky strut and a new set cured that.

I don’t mean to laugh [emoji38]but the angle of the vid and truck squeaking is hilarious. Sounds like an old worn out mattress from a lot of bumping and grinding.
