Have a way to connect your phone to the factory HU? You can play test tones from YouTube to keep a steady sound so you can track down and insulate the vibrating panels. Try notes in the 40-55 Hz range. Panels often rattle at a narrow range of frequencies. Start with the fade and balance all even and focus on the subwoofer in the center console. Then adjust to each door individually and play the tones again.

That is helpful, I will try it out! Actually in a 2017 tahoe.

All still applies. I'm not sure where the subwoofer is in that body style, but I'd guess it's in the same area- under the center console.
