I have a 2.5 TGC up front and that's it. I'm on 305/55/20 falkens and I rub in the back in extreme off camber situations and on the sway bar up front at full lock when in reverse. I trimmed a little in front and back (pics are in this thread). Offset and tire width will make all the difference.

My falkens are 33.2x12.3 according to their website. If you stay around/below 12" wide and no taller than 33.5 you should be fine with a 2.5/1 especially if you add in 5100s for a little extra in front. BTW, the TGC left my ball joint & CV angles just fine, I don't worry about them at all.

New guy to the forum. Sorry for the all the questions. I'm an owner of a 2009 Tahoe and I plan to get the CCM leveling kit soon. Was wondering if 22"s with 33"s fit and if I should get anything else done while getting the lift done? Such as shocks, springs, etc. Thanks

I feel like the ride was much softer with stock struts and liked it better. But I only road with my stock 17" wheels and tires for a few days with the 5100s. Once I put the new wheels on the my Tahoe turned into a truck and no longer a SUV. But the sacrifice was worth it for the look.

Just finished my upgrades:
CCM 2.5"/1"
Bilstein 5100s
20" Sierra Replica Matte Black
DP Accessory Black Lugs
295/55R20 Toyo Open Country AT2s

This looks great on the color! Well done!

Needed new tires..... so what happens when you need tires? You get new wheels. From 20" and 35" to 18" and 305-70

Like the cooper tires but would have stayed 20s in rim size.

Just got the 3/1.5 leveling put on last week. And put the 17x9 -12 fuel hostages on the same day. With streeties 265/70-17. Need to put some 33s on and tint. Kinda debating on a 2" BL or a 3" spindle. Not sure yet

I haven't really put it to its limits, testing wise. I do hear a tiny something backing in the driveway. Not enough for me to rush and look at it yet. I'll get around to it some time though.

Ok good to know because I was planning on doing basically the exact same setup as you have.

Finally got new tires and the front half of the leveling kit on. Removing door molding, Rear lift, and some trimming will happen this upcoming weekend! The tires are 275/60/20 Duratracs. They are surprisingly quiet on the highway but still have an aggressive look.
