Saw this in Chattanooga a few weeks ago.

I live just outside Chattanooga. There's a fleet of these things. One is actually kind of interesting. Yellow tube frame, small block and drag radials.

$$$$ that's why lol. I'd imagine whatever was overlooked becomes the hard to find addition for completion. That, and GM engineers keeps mounting locations similar to challenge us
