HD hood grill and bumper for 2000 Tahoe

anyone know if a 2001-2003 2500 HD hood grille and bumper will fit (bolt on) 2000 Tahoe? or is there some customizing that needs to be done?

01 02 will fit like mine but you must cute the fame horns off and move them down re weld em in 03-07 new core support finders hood grill bumper headlight brackets head lights alot more for 03-07

well you are not right but not wrong ! yes hood bolts up and yes grill bolts up but only if you cut the bumper brackets off and move them down re weld them up and then bumper will fit yes!

you have to cut i believe 1.1" off the bottom of the grille to make it work and then it is a direct bolt on.

that is correct. you have to lower the bumper only if you go with the whole hd conversion

Cut the hd grille 1" only and it will fit Perfect with the ss bumper or factory bumper

It will need a little more than a 1" just for the fact it doesn't sit directly on you bumper pad and scratch it all to hell. That was the problem I ran inot when I did it on my nbs
