So here's the back story. Bought my Denali a week ago. It's an 07 with 130k miles, and is a one owner from Georgia. Its super clean. I stole it and have been loving it ever since. Here's a preview of the fixes and mods it needs done. Those in red/blue are complete.

Fixes (All Complete):
-Washer fluid leak- Replace reservoir
-Worn climate control- Overlay or new unit $160
-Loose driver rear armrest- Tighten
-Missing rear control center button- Dealer replaced
-Door creak- Dealer greased
-Missing 12v cover- new cover $10
-New air ride compressor- Dealer replaced
-Re-attach driver rear door molding- 3M tape
-Purchase DVD remote and headphones- Purchased from Fiatdale $60
-Get spare key, Dealer cut

So yeah I'm aiming to have everything done this year besides wheels.

I have decided on G4 tails...

Also got a quote from BFC custom lighting. I REALLY want a retrofit, but $1000 is REALLY a lot to spend on headlights....

I had G4s for a while and liked them a lot! I think a smoked set would look great!

And that 1000 price tag is precisely why I don't have a set of retros yet lol

I mean I know they're worth it, and the dude was super helpful. But i talked to a buddy and my GF and they both thought I was crazy. I have a friend who said $600 but then I'd still need bulbs and ballasts, so it's just crazy. I could almost get ck375's but the time I'm done.

I know its frowned upon but I'll probably just throw some HID's in. My Duramax and G6 didn't glare bad at all.

Still got those taillights? Sell them?

Everything else sound good though? Well rounded but mildly conservative? I'm not venturing too far from stock. Nothing crazy, just really clean.

Really can't stand non-tinted windows but gotta wait till it gets warmer.

And i really want the HID's too, these factory halogens are very dim.

Yes I think your plans sound good

On your lights, before you do anything shoot NathanJax a PM. He's got some lights he's looking to sell. Another thing that might help is getting new housings. Are your current ones hazed at all?

No hazing at all just dim, prolly too used to my HID's.

I PM'd him once or twice and no response. If it's less than a grand im totally interested. I don't wanna bug him though. I really want his lights.

Not yet, decided I'd rather get my window tint, a detail and emblem overlay first. trying to pace myself...ask me how that's going lol

I went smoked because the truck is black and it would flow well.

Makes sense to me. I got mine lightly tinted as well because the bright red clashed with my maroon. Mine's not nearly as dark as yours but I was after more of a light smoke with mine. dark smoke does look good on black, though!
