I have a question. how to run more wires for more interior lights to install.more leds

If you want it hidden then you are going to have to run in the overhead and that will be a bunch of work dropping that down and running wiring depending on if you want the lights away from the edges. Or just along and under the trim around the top. All depends on where the lights will be positioned.

I dont understand the grey wire is the positive or negative and also if its the positive i just tap into.it and stick the postive of the led to the grey wire. and the negative lead of the led i ground it somewhere right

The grey wire with the black stripe is the power wire. Ground everything to the dash frame.
