Emptied my catch can after 6 months lol. This is all that came out. Really surprised on how little there was, especially for how hard I drive my truck.

Still better than where it could've ended up. Where'd you mount your can at? I was throwing around the idea of putting one on the to do list the other day.

Replaced my Throttle Position Sensor. It got rid of my erratic shifting issues and now it idles nice and smooth.

Did your check engine light come on as a result of the previous TPS being bad, or was it one of those things where you could just feel the truck acting abnormally and no CEL?

There was no check engine light, due to the random shifting issues I took it to a transmission shop and they suggested trying the TPS.

Test fit went good, talking to my paint guy in the morning and see when he can paint the tahoe and install the ss bumper cover for me. I would have put in the new headlights/parklights but i ordered 9005-9006 bulbs, had no freaking idea that HB3 and HB4 has something to do with it NOT fitting, still have no idea what the difference is.lol

It's an idea. I could probably just buy a new one off of eBay and get it shipped to him cheaper than trying to ship mine from Canada. I have a US mailbox in MI for receiving parts though so it's definitely do-able

Well my truck has been making some Messed up noises lately... had a hard time tracking it down. Turns out my rear diff didnt have enough oil in it. Still unsure how low it is, but last night I added a whole quart and it still wanted more... parts store was closed by that time so I will pick up another quart today and add it in. see how much she takes...

I cant believe it has been going for 25k miles on that low of oil... Because it doesnt leak anything, never has. So sometime while the PO had it they either changed fluid and didnt put enough in or something else... freaking sucks.

At least that isn't the hardest thing to check - use a 3/8 ratchet, open the fill hole and stick your finger in to see if you can touch fluid. Glad your rear end didn't fail - hopefully it hasn't done any damage.

How many miles have you driven since you noticed it?

Oh there is definitely damage... its still noisy. Im just hoping it holds up until tax return time...

I have driven about 2k miles since I first noticed it. Within that time it has started a weird metal tick/squeak. that was the noise that was hard to track down because its only under loaded acceleration.
