Sunday night did the SLP tips. Not as much sound difference as I'd hoped for. No change really inside the truck. Just means that there's a magnaflow in my future sometime.

New Remote

When we 1st got the Suburban, I bought my wife a pink remote off eBay. While I was looking for hers, I also found this Esky one, but the all the sellers/dealers I talked with told me it wouldn't work. Well, I found one on eBbay the other day for 20 bucks so I figured I'd give it a shot. Low and behold, it works perfect!!!

Nice!! did you just have to make sure that the FCC ID matched up and it worked out of the box or did you have to do some reprogramming?

Nope those work with just doing a key fob relearn. Very easy 2 min step you can do. Thats what I did with my old Tahoe.

Yep! Took all 3 remotes out, did the relearn function and a minute later I was done. Very simple and MUCH updated look!

Sucks they changed it to dealership only programming in 2011. I had to pay to get each key fob programmed!
