Wouldn't that be a deal. All the people in line offer to buy from you more than you pay for it and profit before possession of truck even happens

Wouldn't surprise me if there's a line of people and 1 or 2 of them don't want to wait the 2 months or more to get theirs and they've got the means to pay more. Bring on the bidding war

Not available in the Denali line. It is available on the All terrain HD tho.
Thought about taking it to SEMA, but too much effort to get it there and I don't need the obligations.
