I think I am gonna go with a 305/35/24. I haven't decided on tires yet. The tires I want are all really high! I have a friend that owns a local business in town, he says he can get me a set of Durun tires for $620. I have never heard of them but that is a great price

Get the nexen tires. Yes many will say they are no good but they will be fine. No Chinese tires you will pay for it later with rim repair.

I got my 295 Nittos for $325/ea. from a buddy who is the manager at the local Discount Tire.

I jus got lionhart tires for $130 a pc, 295-35-24, also check lexani there tires usually run 140-160 a tire and there good, if u have a car quest near by u can get tpms for $94 for all 4

Well one of my rims is damaged. Just my luck

Rims came packaged in two cardboard boxes with a flimsy ring around the outside edge of rim. Poor packaging by USARim in my opinion. I called USARim and they told me to file a claim with UPS.

That is what I thought too. I just got off the phone with UPS. The driver is picking up the rim tomorrow. I am so pissed. This is going to take forever

Damn!!! Was the packaging damaged before you opened it up. I just got my wheels in as well. I just put them in the storage room and was going to wait until i get my tires. I feel better now that i checked them.

Yea the box had a tear about 1". I didn't discover the damage until I got to my tire place and started opening the boxes.
I filed a claim with UPS and the driver just picked up the wheel. I called USARim to let them know the wheel is being shipped back to them. He informed me that my options were:
1. Wait for the wheel to get back to San Diego and then a replacement would be shipped out
2. Pay a $350 deposit and have a replacement shipped now. Deposit is refunded when the damaged wheel is received.
I paid the deposit to have the wheel shipped out today. He said the wheel must have been damaged in transit to me. This hapens fairly often according to him. If the wheels were packaged with better protection to the outside of the rim this would be avoided most of the time
