I just rolled over 98xxx.How many miles on the hoe? There are sometimes issues with installing the servos on high mile trannys. The reason is you are only installing a single high performance part in a stock tranny. The pressures change, the dynamic change etc...so you risk breaking a high wear piece like a clutch pack, valve solenoid..Any codes?
Also, the 3/4 clutch pack is really a weak point on this 4l60e, and as you can imagine it's used much more than 1/2.

Thanks a bunchI guess I need to do some research, if it goes into 3 I would think there isn't a problem with the 3/4 clutch pack. I'll check up on it while you reinstall your kit, definitely peaked my interest.

Just reinstalled it and i think the trannys ******, and I don't have the money to have it rebuilt. FML
Thanks for all the help. I'm gonna have a friends dad that has an automotive repair shop look at it also.Damn. That sucks, that's the 3rd one on this board that I can remember who had a tranny fail becuase of a servo install.
I found something that might be worth looking into:
"Have you checked - replaced the check ball capsule in the servo area?"
"Also, some people take the checkball capsule out of the case, this is located in the servo area, if you did this it must be plugged off as this will cause a massive leak in that circut."
