Do you mean swapping an Escalade front end onto a Tahoe? People do that all the time. There are a couple guys on this forum that I can think of that have. If you mean swapping a Tahoe front end to an Escalade, then no, I have not seen one.

The second. I may be purchasing an NBS Escalade soon but prefer the Tahoe front end and am not really fond of the Escalade front end.

I know many people typically swap it the other way around so what I want to do should work also right? I'm hoping maybe I can find someone with a Tahoe to trade front ends

Because I really like the rear of the escalade and the roof rack running boards and handles.

That's probably what I'm gonna do. I think that will be cheaper than getting a Tahoe and getting the escalade vents, running boards, roof rack and handles!

Does anybody know exactly what Tahoe parts I would need?

I don't know where you are located but if you aren't to far away from london, ky I may be interested in swapping front ends. What color is yours?

If you haven't bought it yet why not buy a loaded Tahoe or Yukon denali? It would be cheaper and less work.

Ive had a denali and a tahoe before but do u think the tahoe front end would be more expensive then escalade roof rack, running boards, handles, and tailgate.

Also if I got a tahoe I would need an ss bumper cover and color matched grille shell.

Yea getting the esky stuff is more expensive then just getting the tahoe clip. Pretty sure it is because the esky stuff is expensive

Yea that's what I figured. Also, now I'm thinking if I sell the Escalade front end I should be able to have enough to pay for the parts that I want plus paint! Hopefully it won't end up costing me anything to do the exterior how I want... Then I just need to worry about suspension, wheels, and system

I actually went to get the Escalade today and saw a white 05 Tahoe with only 50k miles so I'm going to get that.

I originally wanted the Escalade cuz it has alot of things that I want but I just picked up an SS bumper, paintable grille shell and street scene speed grille insert all for $300, also got smooth D-Pillars for $100.

I wasn't gonna get the Tahoe cuz its an LS but then I realized that there are so many things I wanna do (black interior, and other custom stuff) that I wouldn't keep any of the extras I would get in the Escalade anyways... Except I wish I had a sunroof!

I ended up getting an 05 Escalade (Pearl White) and I think you're right about the cladding not looking right? Anybody else know any ideas of changing the front end?

Wow I am actually really liking it. So now I am very interested in doing this. Does anybody know if that cladding just comes off? I would want to keep the cladding if I decided to work out a trade on my front end

---------- Post added at 03:17 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:16 PM ----------

Also is there anybody here that could photoshop one of those pictures with an SS front bumper?
