Is my Tahoe Ls or Lt?

Is there a way to verify this? I have tried researching this but can't find any definite answers.

that's the deal I don't really know what options are standard and what is not. it has 4.8 v8, power driver seat, roof rack, running boards, onstar, tpms, it has the cd/tape combo, dimming mirror with all the controls and compass/temp display, rear air, tow package. what would be something to look for?

it also has dual zone ac. also says on the door that it came with 16 inch wheels. It doesn't really matter but I was confused cause I was getting parts at the dealer the other day and asked this very same question and the two guys in the service dept were arguing cause one said the computer doesn't specify what trim level it is and the other said it was an LT. And another guy said it couldn't be an LT cause it is a 4.8 v8.

it has a jump seat with a console on the back.

im pretty sure if you have the jump seat that makes it an ls. if it has cloth seats and a jump seat its an ls, if it has a console with leather seats its an lt1, if it has cloth seats with a console its an lt2 and you know what the ltz is...

ya that is what I thought. and that is what the guy at the service dept said was that it is just an ls with extra options.

Whats a JUMP SEAT??

I have an 01 with the captains chairs w/ Large console w/aux radio for rear seats, third row seats, in LEATHER and its only an LS. but it is a 5.3..

If I remember the ONLY real difference from a LS to a LT was the LT had heated seats, body color molding, onstar, etc...

I guess that would be the one that has like the console on the back of the middle seat part of the bench.. I dunno.?

Last time I heard the term jump seat was on an 95 extended cab Nissan w the fold down rear seats. Lol.

That’s the Z71 that had body colored bumpers and mirrors
