Its been a while since I visited any forum for my GMC.
I was messing around with my cousin and ended up getting my Denali stuck in the sand for 6 hours. Just thought id share..
I ended up breaking my bumper and having to buy a new tire.

Can barely watch it because whoever is holding the camera can't hold it still.

To each his own but I would never ever ever ever ever ever subject my Denali to that type of "adventure".

Absolutely nothing about that looks like a good idea. I'd do it in someone else's truck though, in a heartbeat.

Wow. I would never do that to my Denali but to each is own... Why weren't the front tires spinning? I always thought that the Denali/Escalade AWD system would spin both fronts when the rears were spinning?!?!

I don't think all Denali's come with AWD.

As for the truck, I heard that most people that work in the sand lower their tire pressure before going on the sand. I think it increases the contact patch to improve traction.

Mine is AWD its an 07. 07 Were the only year to come with AWD standard(as far as escalades only thes ESV came STD) 08-12 are all optional for AWD.

Looks like fun, but im with everyone else, I would not attempt this.

UNREAL! I suggest you buy a JEEP Wrangler Rubicon.

What, do you have no respect for this vehicle and it's value? You are 25 years younger then me and I know I have done stupid sh*t when I was your age. But, I ALWAYS respected property values! You either have way too much money for whatever reason, or Daddio bought you this truck.

RESPECT IT for crying out loud!!!!!!!!!!!!

SW CT,
for all of you that are wondering why the front tires are not spinning you have just seen the difference between awd and 4wd...and good old traction control...the reason why denalis and Eskys are not meant to leave the pavement.
