Are they designed for folks with license plates ... cause that would be super.

So I'm at the GM dealership walking around looking at trucks while the hyhoe is getting de-chromed ... and I'm really loving the Denali in the white diamond tricoat. But something's making my ocd twitch.

Are these trucks only meant for 1 license plate states? The front plate attachment looks like a complete afterthought in the middle of the lower grille. :( the plate itself angles down and the whole thing is a mess undeserved of the beauty of the truck.

Is there an attractive solution for this?

Thanks.

That's why you call it the U N I T E D States!!!!!!!! Because some use one license plate, some others use two.

One can perfectly drive with a California license into Nevada and back. BUT, by all means, DO NOT LIVE IN THE STATE and do NOT have a drivers license issues for it. Because we drive differently in Nevada or whereever else then in Ca, or Co, or DC. WTF?

Take it from the German, the only time you guys are U N I T E D is when you shoot out of the same ditch, the guy from Wisconsin can shoot next to the guy from Florida, no problem.

Ok, I am sure you all are ready to beat me now. Sorry.

You KNOW I am not far off.

But you can explain to me some day why I need a different license in each state. Because I still have not figured it out yet, ....... other then collecting money.

Haha!! No need to shutup. Nothing "wrong" was said. Just unexpected  the license plates and drivers license is just another form of revenue and that's what it boils down to is $$$. It really has nothing to do with not being "united" IMO.

I could answer question but it would literally take me HOURS to explain why it is. I don't wanna thread crap on Serge's thread, so I won't go any further. :D

Just shoot me a PM, as I would love to be educated and to understand it. And I can read for HOURS if that's what it takes. :)

My vote goes to the Tahoe!

Serge,
I am not sure how far you want to drive and/or search to find that perfect Tahoe (BTW - my vote goes to the '09 LTZ 6.2L), but I did a general internet search on your behalf. eBay came back with no luck, so I turned to cars.com. I found seven Tahoe LTZ's listed with the 6.2 liter engine that were also 4WD. Unfortunately, the closest location was just over 100 miles away. The rest - well you could probably fly there in a reasonable amount of time. :hands: A couple are down in the Georgia and Florida area, so maybe you could take a quick vacation. :D Anywho, I just thought I would get your search started. :) You may choose to go with the Denali or Escalade, and that is entirely up to you, but if you really want a Tahoe, I would consider nothing less. Good luck in your search!! You are a valuable member of this community, so as long as you stick with GM we will be fine. :Handshake:
