Since noboy seems to be able to help you maybe you should get the LTZ layover LTZ like grille on Ebay, its not expensive.
Or you can get an aftermarket Mesh or Billet grille, you don't want the same boring grill everybody else has!

Yes but in NC i don't need a front plate, or those ugly inspection stickers they put in the window.
