I don't know if there is a money back guarantee... however you have control over how relaxed or agressive the tune is and can also request personal customizations such as revving higher in park/neutral, etc. If you are unhappy with the something he can revert the change(s) or adjust accordingly to your liking during the 30-45 minute tuning session.

I wondered the same thing myself, but went ahead with the tune. Justin made small changes along the way with the ride-along. And I must say I do like the tune...

hell, almost got a ticket heading back to work after the tune lol.

lol exactly, i would have to order the auto cal setup and i haven't received any email back, i just want to know "IF" i am not satisfied with it can i get my $ back.

I doubt it. You're getting the service and taking up their time (in person tune). Autocal may be another story however.

I'd 'assume' like any other performace add on, there is no money back. But like Haley pointed pout, there are definitive Q&A on their site that does answer.
