They rode great, handled great, and looked great...just not for me on a LTZ. I ended up swapping them for Michelins, but if I had a Z-71 I would have kept them. Even took my CCM off after just 24hrs and went back all stock!

I got them used but in great condition. So far they are wearing nice and even and slow. I have had them for about 4 months. They are really quiet even on the highway. I keep about 37 PSI in them and they ride nice and smooth. I love them and would definitely recommend them.

I like the absence of running boards. Again, that might have persuaded me to leave my CCM on! Dangit

Also the removal of the front valence looks good

Thanks Luke, I actually just trimmed the front valence ,its really small now. I kind of want to lower it for a little while, can't decide what to do.

SW CT,
removing the running boards makes all the difference when going for the "offroad" look.

White07Tahoe--glad to see I'm not the only one having thoughts on lowering their leveled ride..lol.

Yea the running boards and valance being removed really does make it look a whole lot better when lifting the nnbs.

ITD...I can't find any pics of your complete rig anymore. Do you have any handy, I'd like to see the valence trimmed in realtion to the whole ride.

Yes there is a little rubbing on the plastic fender liner bc I have been too lazy to trim it. I def recommend going with 305's, I love the big, fat, wide tire look.

Here are some better pics of my trimmer valence (before I got my graps)

This is the only other pic I have of it with the running boards off. I havent had time to get better pics with them off.

Also I recomend cutting off the exhaust tip, I think it makes the back look much better.

2 more ****** pics, I'll try to get better ones real soon, thanks for all of the compliments

If you look close at your stock valence, there is a line that goes across the whole valence. I used a dremel tool and cut along the line. If you just want to take the valence off, there are ugly holes where the valence clips into. I did have to trim the ones in the middle of the bumper but it was easy. It took about an hour but it was well worth it.

THAT is what I had envisioned mine looking like. If it had looked that good my CCM and Nittos would still be on. Instead the Nittos were quickly swapped fof the LTX M/S 2's...and the CCM is sitting on top of my refrigerator waiting for a buyer. That's the luck I have!!!

I'm also considering going with some Nittos. I'm thinking about going with 305s too, but don't want to do any trimming. What about adding a wheel spacer? Dorman makes a 6 lug spacer that's ~1/4" thick. I don't think there'd be a problem using the factory lug studs. If there is I'll just open the Dorman catalog and find a longer stud for our trucks. What does everybody think?
