hahah yeahh.. what can i say eh.. (all good man)
The list is long yes.. but it all comes together in pieces (duh) but in time.
The grille is a bit different, the bumper is completly different, round fogs, chrome top peices more contour to the grille, i think its a classier look and much cleaner. plus bottom valance can be paint matched (yes so can the ones we have now, but looks cleaner)

"Ya'll" need a lil white stuff down there eh :p

yeah, in due time it will come together. Thats what i like, instead of doing things all at once, you can see how sometimes just one thing makes a big difference. I think i know what your talking about on the sierra bumper. There is a thread on here about a guy doing a 2500 front (?) on his yukon, or i should say he did. Same color as yours also i believe. Have you seen it? I'll see if i can find it,

found it... http://tahoeyukonforum.com/forum/showpost.php?p=241764&postcount=8

And yes sometimes actually having a winter down here w/ snow would be nice.

THe denalis look great stock, classy and clean. And still room for "taste"

Yeah thats the front end, Ill add a billet grille in there, maybe a billet emblem, and fill the bumper with billet. I just think it looks alot better, specially slammed.

Your in alaska.. Your even further than him.. lmao.. What is a normal temp there? From what i know/ its just cold 24/7.. ha ha ...

and yeah, our summers are getting hotter and hotter, this year was like 110 heat index/ here for like a straight week, no clouds nothing, and we have like 100% humidity, so it can be 80 but feel like 110 and trust me it feels like 100 plus. and for the heat strokes, yep, sorry to say, but at least a few folks die every year from it.

but on a positive note, only need one set of rims.. i guess thats positive.

Where I'm at in Alaska is considered pretty mild compared to some parts of the state. Keep in mind it is a huge freakin' state....1/3 of the entire U.S.....so the climates vary depending on where you're located. That said, yes, it can get cold here. Usually see some -20 or colder temps during the winters, though it is usually short-lived. Right now it's about 40 and raining and melting all the snow we just got. Summers can hit 80's and it's light all night long, so it's great for playing outside. Honestly, summers are the only thing keeping me here. I'm sick of long winters....lol.

I spent some time in Texas in the summer of '88 and they were breaking high-temp records my entire trip. It was miserably hot, so I know what the 110 degrees with 100% humidity feels like. You step outside and feel like something just sucked all the life out of you....

I've also spent some time in Canada, mostly B.C., and they talk pretty well there, eh. It's kind of humerous, though, because they pronounce some things a little different. Like the word "about". We tend to say it to rhyme with "out" but for them it rhymes with "boot"...aboot. Hahaha.

If any one wants some good snow tires, these Blizzaks I just got are crazy good. I can't get them to slip, and yes, I'm trying. Turn the traction control off and everything. That's the fun part of snow, the ability to get sideways. :head3:

LOL

Not me, but there are some that do. Mostly in the south. Hell, Texans can't even pronounce "oil." They say "ole"....hahaha....I'm gonna get into trouble.

No offense meant, anyone. You grow up in one part of the world and that's how they say things so that's how you say them...it's called a dialect, even though it's all English, there are thousands of regional dialects. I actually studied this in college, so I'm just playing.

-20, yeah keep that up there, i wouldnt go outside at all. id freeze instantly. lol. Thats cool though. Its light all the time, i forgot about that. Isnt it only certain times during the year though? That would throw me off, go work, come home, go out and its still light out. I wouldnt know when to sleep. lol.

Sometimes the weather here does suck the life out of you. Whats bad is when its like that going to work. Wake up, go outside and you sweat you arse off just getting to the truck. Those days suck...

Isnt some part up there, canada or alaska thats still speaks french? eh. lol

What is a newfys? and i guess your talking to denaliak about those words. We dont say anything diff. here, just alot of slang and "ya'll" All though my friends say some words i say, come from up north. Like both i say it like im from boston. ( i dont know) .

I find all diff. parts of the world intersting when it comes to speech. Id love to travel if i had money...

You guys need some company... lol....

It's light all the time in the summers. The winters are the opposite. Lots of dark. You get up and go to work in the dark, the sun comes up for a few hours while you work, then when you go home it's dark again. It can be depressing if you don't keep yourself busy.

Summer, though....I love it. It's gorgeous country, lots of fishing, hiking, boating...all that stuff, and you can play a game of football or frisbee or whatever at midnight in June. I do tend to sleep waaay less in the summers, though. My body just doesn't want to shut down when it's that bright out.

I remember seeing some of you photos i think, a long time ago of the area, looks really beautiful. Being able to do all that though anytime, i would loose track of time...

Maybe one day i'll go up north, right now i want to go to australia or Ireland.

^^ your welcome! Yeah its all right you get used to quick.. Coldest I have ever worked in was -62 (with wind chill)

And well just came across something!!! Very exciting atleast I am.. I wasnt going to go this route (with JL audio) AT ALL.. how ever I picked this set up for 120$ for all of it.

The box measures 38x12x12. so i will have 10" (back measures 48" across) total play on both sides, and i will just make some "end caps" and wrapp them in black vynl.

Yeah, we get some pretty good Northern Lights shows, when they are out. Been pretty slow the last couple of years, though. They are dependent on solar weather, so the sun has to throw us some action.

I used to live further north in Alaska, and I remember walking to school when it was -45 w/out the wind chill....lol. I may get a job on the North Slope where that's a pretty standard winter temperature. I'd be working in the Arctic, but pay is good and it's 2 weeks on/2 off, which makes for some good vacation time. It might be worth it, at least for a little while....lol.

Good find on the box. Looks good.

Denaliak--- (-45 no thank you. its that here now, but the other end. 55 degrees. Not to bad, but cant even imagine that the other way.

What in the world would you be doing in the artic? Pay better be good for that cold of temps to be working in. Is it outside? i guess inside isnt to bad?
