STINKY air conditioner in my Tahoe!!!!

WTF!!!! My 2008 LTZ is all of the sudden emitting this foul vinegar/b.o. type smell for a few seconds each time the A/C starts up.......any thoughts, stories, suggestions??? PLEASE HELP!!!
