Get a Supercharger camshaft, retune. Also, drop to a smaller pulley on the SC. Make more boost with it. Still tired of it? Then move everything over to a 6.0 or a 6.7L (408)

LS6 heads?

there are much better heads out there than LS6 heads (especially for supercharged)

4.11:1 gears

don't be a *****,
give her a little spray ;)

if you're considering going to a 6.0/6.7 etc
I'd say go with an "LSX forged block" and build from there.

Gears, Pulley, Forge the rotating assembly, build a larger cube motor.

Personally I would get a nice set of heads. Just be prepared to see the accual boost number drop due to the decrease in head restriction. So a nice set of heads, a pulley, and a retune.

i was thinking on doing that... but if i dont put new heads and just do a new pulley for more boost will i be save with the motor?

I was running 11psi on my 5.3L, you should be just fine, these motors are pretty stout. It is the drivetrain that is the issue on these vehicles.

I would definitely ask for specifics, I know plenty of people running high boost on stock engines.
