Starting tomorrow! :D

Having a buddy of mine clean up ALL the rust, missing paint, and bang out a dent in my hood. He's also going to be color matching my grille & mirrors. Removing my antenna, 3rd brake light, all side molding & badges, and also the chrome wheel-well moldings. He's also redoing all of my interior pieces.

THEN, after my buddy does all that, im taking it to my mechanic to install a bunch of brand new shit. TYC clear elegante headlights & parking lamps, DDM 6000K HID's, high-4 kit (if DJ ever sends it out lol), billet grille inserts, and a billet bowtie to top it off.

I'll definitely be posting progress pics. They both live literally right down the road from me so I can check up on it whenever I want to. Can't wait to see it finished!

why are you taking it to a mechanic to install your new headlights and grille all you need is a screwdriver to take out the parking lamps and a socket wrench to take out the 5 bolts that hold the grille in place. Just saying you can do it yourself ans save some money

I don't have any tools and I honestly hate messing with electrical shit. Plus he's replacing my driver side door handle and I don't even know where to start with that. He's a real good friend and I can go hang out in his shop while he does it and help him and I just throw him a little money.

What site? Streetbeat Customs? If im not mistaken it equals out to about the same price. $110 + aprox. $20 shipping, and ST is $130 shipped.

Yeah I know for a fact I could bang those lights out with no problem. But like I said, no tools. Not a single one, not even a screwdriver. Not to mention I need shit like a hacksaw to cut out my old grille out for my new one and im not sure what other tools I would need for the 4-high kit and HID's. It's way easier to drop it off at my buddies and have him do it all.

Should be completed tomorrow, so pics will be on tomorrow night. The ******* kid that's doing it took over a week. But ive seen it a couple times and it looks pretty amazing.

Also, nobody buy a single thing from DJTricky. He screwed me out of $15. I sent him the money for a high-4 kit and he hasn't been on since the 7th. Thanks to him I won't be able to do that mod to my truck.
