Suburban died and won't restart (but sometimes it does...)

I haven't been driving it.. because I would like to not get stranded.. but I keep starting it, running, and moving around my property... Hopefully it stalls or won't start to figure it out

60 psi running seems like a lot more than the normal ~43 psi that most of these run with the engine running.

But help us out -- or did I miss that info -- year, make, model, engine, and is it Flex Fuel, or gas only?

2005 Suburban 5.3. fuel pressure was check both engine and not running with key on

60 is high for both.

55 to 62 psi. Both ways. Damn that is crazy. For sure was thinking one was lower as usual. Compared to the 04 tahoe L59 flex.

That seems right with the returnless system. Apparently the fuel pressure regulator is integral to the fuel module (pump).

I would step out and say that if it does a first try no start just turns over, but it does start on the second try, then look at cam sensor pigtail and or sensor correlation. That's where I would start off at.

Agreed, but I think these will run without the cam sensor. Might have long crank time, though.

Easiest first thing to try is clear flood mode. You know, while you're sitting there and it's not starting.
