Hello, i have a 08 4wd tahoe and i was wondering what can i do to the rear end to achieve more travel?
Reason im asking this is i am completely redoing my front end, currently i have ksp poly ucas, rancho 2” rs7 loaded struts, poly oe lowers, and ksp poly endlinks, which ride terribly when all combined. Rebound sucks, and having poly lowers puts way too much stress on the mounting points, resulting in them coming loose even with lube.
Going to be switching to fox 2.0s from 15-18 silverado, which will be respring-ed and reduce the lift from 2” to 1”, moog hd lowers, dk uppers, probably kryptonite tie rods (if they make them), and oem endlinks, for a optimal stock travel on and off road ride quality and also so i can show off a little bit.
Now for that second part, i have a completely oem rear end and i want to improve travel, and also make the components back there look nice. Of course the struts and springs will be changed, will go with fox 2.0 standalones, and dorman hd springs, but for the rest of the 5 link, i was curious what aftermarket options there are that 1. Dont ride terribly, and 2. Look nice and tie in the rear to the front.
Mainly looking for a tubular lower track bar, and a tubular panhard bar.
