New member. I have a 2010 Yukon Denali

I have a 2010 Yukon Denali. I’m having trouble fueling up. Things I have done, replaced the following, charcoal canister, vent valve, all fuel/evaporation lines, fuel pump. I have smoked the lines, and with my bi-directional scanner was able to toggle the vent valve on and off. I also blew air from front to back. I need to bounce some ideas off the forum. Thanks

have you looked at the filler tube flaps? do they both open fairly easily, is the inner one maybe jammed up or something? not many other things it could be if you replaced all the other parts already. Did you use oem parts or aftermarket?

have you looked at the filler tube flaps? do they both open fairly easily, is the inner one maybe jammed up or something? not many other things it could be if you replaced all the other parts already. Did you use oem parts or aftermarket?

OEM fuel lines, new Delphi fuel pump from an auto parts store, new updated vent valve from auto parts store, canister is a new Dorman ( but I have since removed it to re-try original canister, the roll over valve in the filler neck seams to work ok as it pushes easily. Does the filler neck have two flaps? I only know of one at the mouth, oh and new lower fill hose with no screen. I tipped the tank down and have no pinched lines. I guess next step is to remove tank and remove fuel pump and see if anything there.

maybe @Fless @Miami-Dade can update the thread title for you, it might to lead to some confusion.
in 2015+ OR at some point thereafter they switched to a capless system. Which was why I asked about the flaps.

Vent valve solenoid is working. I can command it open, and with smoke machine hooked up , it done smoke out of vent

really shouldn't have been any need to change the fuel pump unless it was giving you trouble
usually the fix is to replace the 3 parts canister, vent valve, purge valve. and 99.99% of the time that fixes it unless pellets got in the lines going to the front and normally you can blow them out with compressed air.
