Looking for Bose front speaker replacement

Front passenger door has what I think is cone sag. Getting a really annoying scratching noise from it even when the radio is off.

Does anyone have a stock bose door speaker they are willing to part ways with?

Also, I don't know if you could flip these speakers upside down to fix the noise over time.

junkyard / ebay will have plenty, I have seen a speaker do a such thing though
have you taken the door panel off and insepcted?

Yeah I took the door panel off to replace door handles and it makes the noise whenever I press it in by hand

I will need to check local junkyards again. Last I checked a few weeks ago there wasn’t many GMT900s anywhere near me

if you look on the back of the speaker there is or should be a white sticker or a label with the part number on it.
These speakers may have been used in various models/years so just match it up on ebay should be able to find one for $20-30 shipped.
I think the sound you are hearing is probably the coil rubbing on the magnet, which does happen, I thought it might be some other noise.
turning it upside probably wouldn't help, it happens when they go bad.

Same here; almost never any GMT900s in our 5 UPulls. Need to go to a regular junkyard or eBay for stuff like this. www.car-part.com would show some nearby junkyards with GMT900s.

there is usually 5-6 of them consistently at the local yard to me currently there is 8
engine and trans are usually gone before you can get there even it was dropped in the yard this morning
freaking vultures......
the BIG dismantler's are in Sacramento about an hour away and they pay better prices so just about everything from the entire region ends up there and there hundreds of them but you pay more. But they do have just about anything you could possibly ever need
it's like a city and the main road is recycler rd lol
and there all rust free.......

managed to find an 07 escalade esv near me... might be what i need, no idea if the speakers are the same though

should be, all the esky's should be bose on some level or another
