Ok George, update your member photo with your new ride. I’m a fan of the K2 RST. At least until 107k on my 2020 and the unwarranted tranny was on its last leg. If had a warranty, I’d still be driving it.Thank you much. Big bonus knowing who ordered the truck brand new and how they took care of it. 6.2 with 10 speed is nice too. She added CAI and ordered it with the Borla View attachment 462458

How much variance are you seeing from the DIC?Manual calculations are the true way to determine mileage. Vehicle displays can be higher or lower. I’ve been logging fuel for the last 4 Tahoes, (16,17,20&21) and all vary from actual many times.
Both up and down. Not more than 2mpg, but usually less than 1.How much variance are you seeing from the DIC?
YesYour 2020 RST was the performance version with 6.2 10 speed combo right?
What symptoms did you have with your 107K mile 10 speed that made you think it was on its last leg?

Pot hole city around here….i actually want to dump the 22’s for more sidewall because its a harsh ride on these damn roadsFeeling like 2013, and debating putting on my old 28" or 24" rims...both classic DUB rims. 24" are 295/35r24 mad the 28" are 295/25r28. included time stamp of my old EXT for validation lol
not bad here, in the 12+ years running the 28" only one bend that needed fixed and a current small one the still holds air..Pot hole city around here….i actually want to dump the 22’s for more sidewall because its a harsh ride on these damn roads
High pressure fuel pump maybe ?! I’ll have to get a second opinion because 1200 is a lot to maybe fix my problem.Waiting on the P0300 diagnosis from the shop is a bit nerving considering the simple to drastic outcomes.

It supposed to do that, called rvc…. Monitors battery to see if it needs more or less chargeJust got done putting on over 6,000 miles on her in the last month. Drove from Arizona to north Idaho and back for the 4th of July, then the day we got home turned around and the next morning drove from Arizona to Denver, CO for a week or so then back.
Averaged ~19.7mpg up to Idaho and back.
Averaged ~21.2mpg to Denver and back.
The Tahoe didn’t skip a beat. Only had one weird hiccup where if I was going uphill with cruise control on and had to tap the brakes because I was coming up on someone the dash would flicker and a stabilitrac message popped up for a millisecond then disappear.
The battery would fluctuate down to 11.5 then back to 14+
Only happened 2-3 times within the span of an hour and then didn’t happen again.
So I think it’s time for a new battery to get rid of that gremlin.
Yeah I know it does that but the flickering of the dash and the stabilitrac popping up for a millisecond isn’t normal. It supposed to do that, called rvc…. Monitors battery to see if it needs more or less charge
