Forgot about that Z71 one. I remember trying to find one and gave up. Got a part number on that tcase one? There is one front metal (aluminum) factory skid plate for gmt800's they are rather hard to find but came with the z71 package.
it fits all 1500 gmt800's 00-06, note that it should come with some rather oversized rubber grommets, they are required for proper fitment, sometimes one or more are missing I think you really only need the front 2. the bolts used are the same bolts used for the plastic one, they are self taping and can be found on all gmt800, 900, t2. usually they are laying around in the rocks in the junkyard for the plucking.
there is also the standard transfer case skid plate that is often marketed for the colorado it fits all gmt800's, gmt900' and t2's.
23282726 fits all 00-22 including suv's and full size pickupsForgot about that Z71 one. I remember trying to find one and gave up. Got a part number on that tcase one?
gmt800 is a different design for the oil pan area, the transfer case one is the same 00-22Pretty sure it was same for the GMT900s, transfer case plate and one for the front differential.

The plastic front set on mine is good enough for me. I just mainly wanted to clean up the look under there, not even sure why since I’m lowered so I can’t see it and rarely go off road. Been in a couple rough areas and never had anything hit down there. I ended up replacing the front one with new because the old one got damaged being R&R’d so many times.I remember finding my 1st one at the junkyard scored it for like $10 or something, didn't know they even existed at the time I was stoked lol that plastic one is for the birds...
a little degreaser goes a long ways, I guess it's going to get dirty anywayPretty proud of them huh.![]()
