Crazy screeching noise from '03 6.0

Pulley is marked made in canada BUT where is the bearing marked made in????

Im assuming its shrinking just a hair in the cold,I thought maybe it was the washer under the bolt hitting but no evidence of that.
Just a bad bearing,Ive replaced a few of these on several trucks never had this sound.

Ha ya good point,If I had a press Id just order a new good quality bearing but I dont.Ill shop at a different store,this one came from Napa.

Thats what I thought,My last truck had no belt ,it broke so I just left it until summer.Didnt have any issues,probably save on gas.
Humidity is not an issue here.

Humidity is always an issue when hvac is concerned.

Like @Rocket Man said, the higher the humidity, the harder the a/c system works to make cool air. You can have low humidity/high temp desert climate and the a/c is not working as hard as in high humidity, like in Florida. There is always a certain amount of moisture in the air and the a/c cycling when turned to defrost mode, removes the moisture in the air inside the vehicle that helps cause the foggy windshield. You can run the heat/defrost with the a/c turned off by unplugging the compressor or the pressure switch and even have the belt removed and the heat/defrost will work but not as efficiently.

Stick in the deep freezer for a day and then knock it out with a hammer and socket. Stick it back in freezer for another day with new bearing and knock new bearing in with a hammer and socket.

Looking at your picture it appears rearside toward front but id have to see a pic of the rear of the pulley to be sure.

If I remember correctly, it presses in from the front. But hell, I am wrong half the day most of the time. I still haven't figured out how to pick which half yet.
