Today is Thursday, so the updated constraint list came out today. The National Quantity is how many orders they will accept this week with these constraints.

Personally, I'm holding out for the performance package. Last week it was 0, this week there will be 39 orders accepted with the performance package. That's not very many. My dealer said they did not get any allocation for any of them this week, so I'm still waiting.

Interesting to know that the current target production date for orders accepted this week is 2/7 - 2/3, so I guess production is about 3 weeks behind official acceptance date.

Lots of options still at 0, so if you are waiting for your order to be officially accepted (check official status through chevy.com chat window by providing your order number), and it has one of these options, then you have 0% chance of it being accepted this week.

I'll post next weeks constraint list when I get it, but you can also get it yourself my asking your dealer's ordering manager.

Interesting, I don’t see the diesel as a constraint on the list unless I overlooked it. Wonder if it has been lifted? I have been told for the past 5-6 weeks that no diesel orders are being accepted- hopefully my order is accepted by GM this week.

So if my order was accepted in December with a TPW of 1/10/22, will I get the heated seats and heated steering wheel? LT with Signature and Luxury packages.

Assuming this is the same for yukons? i finally decided to take RSE out of my order.

Agreed. I've been waiting for an XL Ultimate with Dmax since February '21. Anyone have this list for the Yukon XLs?

How does it work where if there is now power sliding console it reverts to a bench seat? That’s crazy? It also looks like diesel is open also !

Wait, what? No... You would still have bucket seats. No power sliding center console though.

People jumping to conclusions about these getting posted make me a little service to share. Don't want misinformation spread...

From my local dealer visit today...I'm trying to order a Yukon XL Denali with the Ultimate package.
The Ultimate Package includes the power slider console. The power slider console is on constraint.
When the system deselects the power slider console and makes it standard console, it also changes second row seating to bench.
Its possible the second row buckets are on constraint also, but the trigger is the console.

I was told by my dealer today that when they attempted to make an order adjusted to fit the allocation for today it automatically changed them to bench seats. They said they reached out to their GMC contact to ask why.
I am not saying you said that. Sorry I should have been more specific.

I appreciate you posting them

Ask your dealer for the constraint list. They usually are updated on Thursday. This is the first time we’ve gotten an update in a few weeks, though.

Yes GMC will have to figure out how to make the system drop the sliding console without reverting to the 60/40 bench. They could give you a discount on the sticker like the steering lock and heated steering wheel. The RSM is also part of the Ultimate package so that needs to addressed also.

You could add the Premium package plus Capability package to get around the RSM constraint but the sliding console constraint will still be there.

I spoke with my local Chevy and GMC dealers today. Comparing a Yukon SLT Diesel and Tahoe Premier Diesel. They confirmed everything in this thread. The GMC dealer wanted $1k deposit and $4k over sticker when it came in. The Chevy dealer (where I’ve shopped for years) only wanted a copy of my license and $0 over sticker.
I’d be further back in line for a Chevy, but he estimated about 6mos. Chevy dealer said if I went down to an LT, it may get picked up quicker. The only options I truly want are the diesel and a sunroof. With that being said the Chevy dealer suggested we submit it as a premier, and if sits for too long we can go down to an LT. After talking it over with the wife (her daily) I’m going to call back tomorrow and order the premier. They did have 1 ‘22 premier 5.3 white/tan that was available but it’s so far off from what we want, I’m willing to wait. I took it for a ride and I must say damn that’s a nice car.
Also he said they are scheduled to begin building the ‘23 tahoes in late July, accepting orders early May. He said he monitors all the orders and god forbid anyone is waiting that long they will be ordered as ‘23 instead.

I was called about our 3.0L Denali Ultimate order today asking if we would settle for a base 3.0L Denali. They said any builds with the RSE, 22” Ultimate package wheels, power steps, or air ride won’t get through due to constraints. They’re a pretty big dealer that’s been getting 3-4 Yukon allocations per week and they think that anything close to the Ultimate package will be held up for a very long time. Finding a week where both the Diesel and Ultimate aren’t on constraint may never come in this model year. Very frustrating since we ordered ours May 12th and it was delivered 11/16 but we had to reorder because “GM wouldn’t pay” to repaint the defective hood.

Wow, you would think your reorder would have gotten pushed through the process or GM could pulled one headed to another dealers stock.
