Clunking

I hear a clunking sound every time I turn the wheel of my 03 suburban 1500 2WD

No just when I’m turning the steering wheel.

Does it make a difference which way you turn or just either way you turn? Like @TollKeeper said, where do you hear it? Is it any worse if you are turning in over a tapered part of curb, like a driveway? Hitting bumps at same time? Feel it at all? Maybe almost anything till we can get info from you about all the questions. Also, is it a constant, meaning, each and every single time you turn left or right, the noise is there, no matter what?

As recommended by @PNW VietVet inspect the sway bar links and sway bar bushings, and the shock mounts; those are probably the easiest to replace. It could also be the ISS (Intermediate Steering Shaft) as @TollKeeper was trying to determine, or a wheel bearing, or a ball joint. The possibilities are endless...

Likely either the steering wheel shaft/its bearing OR a Ball Joint.

Already change sway bar links and wheel bearings and shocks and also did the pitman and idler arm change

I only hear it when it turns but mostly from the left front and hitting bumps sometimes & yes it constant. Every time I turn but just the front left

If everything is tight im going with upper steering shaft very common ask me how i no.You can lube it for free or replace it cheap

Upper steering shaft if you remove the lower bolt and push and pull it up and down it should get enough grease on it to reinstall the bolt and go for a test drive.This will verify that is the problem without spending a dollar.You could take the shaft totally out and put grease on the shaft and check for play if you want to do it right but it will only last so long.Their is a revised updated upper shaft that is supposed to make this problem go away forever.Under 100 bucks oem under 40 amazon.If you do remove it make sure your steering wheel does not spin around or you will break the spring in the column-just put your seat belt threw it to hold it from spinning.
