It [Escalade] also loses Shadow Metallic and Dark Mocha Metallic paint as optional colors; new hues include Mahogany Metallic, Galactic Gray Metallic, and Wilder Metallic.
SOB! I knew it! I knew they were getting rid of satin steel. Damn! It’s more than likely that Yukon & Tahoe will lose those colors as well. There were talks of that. I was still debating between satin steel and white frost.Motortrend has the following info on the Escalade color palate changes, I wouldn't be surprised if GMC & Chevrolet do the same:
Cannot come fast enough. I’ve been checking GMC site often to see if they updated from 21 to 22 so i can see the new colors.Unless the date slips again, the build sheet for 2022 Yukon orders should be out August 12.
Shadow metallic is not satin steel. Shadow metallic is the dark blue/green/grayish combo. Sounds like they are going back to the tungsten color and calling it galactic grey!SOB! I knew it! Is it a surprise to anyone that they could simply track miles driven remotely but propose tracking everyone's location? Not to me.Can't wait for the vehicle tracking "feature" to be implemented in the next few years.

Yeah, you're right. If we can't trust our government who can we trust?Don't worry, your data will be safe. It's the gov't, after all. Totally secure.
For Yukon it’s dark sky metallic. But i knew that. I read it wrong. Is all. Doh!Shadow metallic is not satin steel. Shadow metallic is the dark blue/green/grayish combo. Sounds like they are going back to the tungsten color and calling it galactic grey!
