Sway bar links and bushings question

Sup all. So I have. 2001 Yukon Denali awd with 195k on the dash. I recently converted the air ride to a strut master kit since both my back shocks and compressor were busted. I also replaced my front sway bar links and bushings since they were cracked. Not 6 months later the bar bushings are getting loose again and allowing play. Should I go down a size on the bushings or try a different brand? I want to say I used mook or some brand close to that.

Have you measured your sway bar diameter and bought the correct size bushings?

Yeah I used a caliper to measure my diameter. I’m able to wiggle the sway bar with my hand back and forth. I can tell that the bushings are no longer tight around the bar.

Energy Suspension makes the best sway bar bushings. They’re poly and I recommend the ones with grease fittings so you can keep them lubed. That’s what I run on my 02 Denali. My sway bars aren’t stock so I don’t have the part number you need but they go by size.

Some are designed not to be lubed. The moog ones I installed are of that variety

I believe there’s a lot of counterfeit parts floating around some popular sales venues. I’ve had purportedly major name suspension parts fail prematurely on other vehicles.

The OEM and similar rubber bushings don’t require lube.

The poly bushings offer more hardness but will squeak if dry.
