Replace light bulbs with LEDs!?

So my 2021 Z71 Tahoe has yellow turn signals in the rear, and dismal yellow reverse lights. I'd like to put in Red turn signal bulbs, and high power LED reverse bulbs.
1) could anyone tell me the bulb numbers for the reverse lights, and rear turn signals? I'd assume 921 reverse, and 1157 turns?
2) does anyone have experience with which LED reverse lights they recommend?

7440 for the turn signals and brakes. 921 for reverse.

In my testing you'll get warnings for reverse and brake lights even with the can bus compatible bulbs. Only happens now on initial start up so not too annoying. Turn signals are fine.

I have 2021 tahoe premier and the only rear turn signal leds I was able to find that worked without errors was on amazon. They are bright and work great.

Diode Dynamics - I own a 2019 Yukon SLT and I purchased LED back-up lights (the brightest), LED Fog Lights and LED License Plate Lights. I have not had any issues, installation was easy and I am super happy.

I went with CREE LED's inside and out , except HID headlights w/Halos and the Fog lights are
Morimoto with yellow covers. a little pricey at $244 a pair but they keep the light low and also to the right shoulder. I had one go bad within a year ad they replaced it no prob.

I havent been successful either on the reverse Led lights, receive error as well. I have tried around 10 different sets.

The reverse and Brake lights give an error on startup ( I have tried over 10 pair of canbus bulbs). As far as the turn signals, the bulbs are 7440 and the ones attached work excellent on my 2021 Tahoe Premier 4X4 with zero errors. I hope this helps

Yes they do. I believe all models have the same rear assembly

I use these on majority on my gm trucks. Never any problems. $10 a set and they’re bright as hell... however my newest truck is a 15. It doesn’t notify me if a reverse bulb is out so idk how it will cooperate with the 21s

These worked for me as well with no errors. Just need an error free plug and play replacement for reverse lights now. thank you for sharing!

Your gonna need resistors for the reverse light. I order vled resistor for $15. You only need to put it on the left side. Just about any Led bulb will work with it. I ordered auxito for $20 from Amazon. All good now

Tried the diode dynamic 921xpr’s and they also gave the check reverse bulb message. Too bad, because they were super bright and looked great. The company said I needed resistors, but I decided just to return the bulbs instead.
