Chasing in cab water leak

Ok I got a water leak passenger side kick panel. I can see where water is leaking inside kick panel (pics below) it drips down from above but inside body panel, like A piller or bad window seal?IMG_20201011_101958.jpg IMG_20201011_102010.jpg The water on the floor is from when the compartment fills and then spills over.

Look at the cowl area around wiper arms, sometimes there are loose mount screws for that cover, RTV or urethane the screws and re-install. Look at seam sealer around the hood arm areas while cover off also.

Yeah I have done the above in the past and it got better, but is still leaking into that hole in kick panel. I guess I will have to take another look.
