What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

No- I removed it from an 05 Denali. It’s a revised version from what I know. I replaced my 01 with an 05 and swapped a bunch of parts over to the 05.

Yeah unfortunately. I was really after some interior stuff, but the electronics are different. It’s born date was 03/02. Non sunroof.

Recieved and installed this very budget catch can today. It's well made I'm seriously impressed! It even has a dipstick to check how much fluid it has rather than some awful sight gauge. Mounting was a bit of a pain, I made a ghetto temporary bracket out of some 1/8" flat stock that I can clean up after I decide if I like it there. The original PCV hose had considerable oil in it so I'm hoping it catches a lot. I've cleaned the throttle body several times and even after a month or two it seemed to be nasty again. i just bought two of em. my ss has a small glass one that i dont like to much, and my hoe needs one. making a bracket is super easy. i can so deal with that part.

It's not a theory. That is the 06 glass. About half of the 05s got it early, I believe.

Did not know all 06s got it. I'll have to look around more for some reason I thought it was rarer than that.

Happens all the time. Usually clears up in a day or so.

Got the kenwood installed, Esky antenna delete and rack on. I need to drop the appliqués and rack covers off at the body shop. I’m going to de-badge and remove the ugly rubber bumper door don’t ding my stuffs next. Also got some of the in channel vent visors to replace the stick one.

I mostly stream what I’m listening too, but I’m sure it would. I ran a half sized antenna in the past and it reduced the reception by a lot.

I guess I am old, then. I like my local stations. Not all the time, but I like hearing local stuff. Poor reception made me nuts when I used a 4201NEX setup.

How hard would it be to install the esky antenna? I get fine service on my escalade. I know I have heard of some people running wire up in the door seal or some such deal in order to act like a bigger antenna.
