The fans turn on when the compressor turns on so check to see if its coming on.

My fans will cycle on and off with the A/C compressor running, it just depends on how hot it is. When I remote start in the morning and it's 50 degrees, the compressor kicks on and the fans do not turn on tight away, the compressor may even cycle on and off a few times before the fans eventually turn on. However, in the afternoon when I remote start it and it's 90 degrees, the fans come on immediately and often will be on high speed.
The fans will work with the compressor about 80% of the time, its just dependent on outside temps. I know mine is working correctly because I just fixed my a/c compressor and my system is working perfectly.

I wonder if it depends on the tune, or if your vehicle came with electric fans originally because on my 02, which originally had a clutch fan, anytime my compressor is on my fans are on. Even on cold days when the compressor turns on and off for defrost the fans turn on and off. Was yours converted to electric fans or did it come with them from the factory?

There are many fan settings that can be changed in the tune. One of the options is what ECT to activate fans while AC is on. I believe the factory temp setting is pretty high 190* or more. Which is why I changed mine to 140* so I don't have to wait for ECT to climb before the condenser gets air.

There ECUs are so awesome so many options for stuff. I never realized how effective the stock 2004 radiator is. Dropped in a 160* T stat and lowered the fan temp activation. Went from normal temps around 200* or more to hardly ever seeing over or into 180*s and yesterday my mirror was showing 99*.

Also I'm checking ECT from a handheld not the guess-o-meter.

Installed my Bilstein 5100 shocks today. Let me tell you, the ride quality has increased exponentially. They have so much smoother quality than the worn out 200K OE shocks lol. Also the passenger side upper bushings were missing, found my mysterious rattle lol. Thanks for those that gave me input on which shocks to buy. I love the change it made!

Installed Moog front sway bar links in the 05 Tahoe! Can't believe the difference it made. Still trying to smooth out the ride though. Next might be the body bushings and new control arms. I discovered they are SMV brand...

so washer tank still leaks. gonna replace the other pump. if one was blown up, maybe this one has a crack i cant see.

in other news. i dropped a large deposit on the pro charger install for the SS. should be dropping it off in a few weeks.
usually leaks are from either a cracked pump or bad grommet, you might be replacing the tank and have it not be the problem

tank looks ok. thanks for reminding me tho. i forgot to order the pump. work is getting crazy, a man short and its hot as hell out.
mostly those pumps crack and leak just happens from age sometimes you have grab a few from the junk yard to find one that's not cracked you can swap them out from the bottom if you unbolt the tank it gives you just enough room to do it.

Ups arrived late, managed to wire the bumper lights, tomorrow will finish it off. Did not get a chance to plug the LED halos. Mosquitos hungryAF lol

Resistors or flash module?
What do you suggest?
If I get the flash module then I dont need resistor on every line i want LED on?
Switchbacks are on the parking/signal light.

I want to add the halos to the turning signal. So the blink when I turn but stay on when I drive.

You want the halos to blink with the turn signals, which are also switchbacks?
No offense intended, but I really think the halos should either be on or off..
