All personal preference bro....I personally think 26 are too big, hunt around and check the different rides here...there are tons of 24s and 26s. 26s are heavier, more stress on the vehicle and usually lower quality ride due to less rubber. Definitely get a steering damper either way.

Based on your goals, choose a wheel offset that makes you happy. If you're going to lower the truck and don't want a single issue with bottoming out, go with a 30+ offset.

If you're going to keep stock height, 13-15+ offset is the way to go. You could still drop it, but you are going to rub on the fender wells some - especially with weight in the rear. You can roll the rear fenders, can't roll the front as they are an integrated piece of the wheel well.

I would highly recommend Z71 bumptops irregardless.

You're probably gonna get all ass-hurt from me saying this, but I'm new too and this topic has been covered literally about a million times. Let me guess, your next questions will be about how to paint your emblems, which grill to buy and which suspension you should get, right? Do a little research man.

if its a weekend truck do 26s if its DD i think 24s. most people that look for 26s dont care about performance or even towing just looks so i think 26s are nice for a weekend driver. expect brake fade and to loose 1 or 2 mpg depending on how you drive. but you will be ballin':pimp:

I talked to someone with a Tahoe on 26" wheels recently. Looked really nice. He claimed it was smooth. I don't know about that. Not much rubber. Like the others are saying if it's just a weekend driver go for it. But on a daily driver the biggest I would go is 24".

Actually his next question will be how to stop the tires from rubbing the fender wells. I guarantee it.

Personally I think 24's look great on the NBS and 26's look better on the NNBS style trucks.
26's on our trucks look too big and you will have rubbing problems the minute you start to turn your wheel.

just my 2 cents

26's I have 24's and I want to get 26's. You shouldn't have to many rubbing problems especially if you are staying at stock height :imo:

I like the look of 26's either lowered or stock height
24's are almost a must to drop
