Gotta keep this thread near the top of “today’s posts” ...I replaced the rubber line on my Clean Side Separator with the -6 black braided line that came today. One step closer to having all braided lines.View attachment 231068

This motor looks way different from my 2001 5.3, is this an added supercharger to a motor different than stock or just a bunch of modifications to a stock engine?

They are nuts. If they want to cut down on natural gas, they should shut up and quit farting themselves instead of pushing their fantasies onto us. Lead by example and quit farting you do-gooders, them cows can't help it!
Yep. unfortunately as much as I love steaks, it's the cows, pigs, manufacturing of plastics, and other heavy industry. Scientists have found that if every gas car on the planet changed to electric, that would only dent carbon emissions by .003. Yep a third of a percent. So don't think your saving any trees at all in that Prius!

Failed emissions September of last year and finally got inspection sticker after chasing O2 and Evap codes. Best part is it took so long that I now have a 2020 sticker so next year in MA I won't have to pass emissions due to age.

Was a nice enough day today so was able to clean her up and get the salt off. I also warmed up to my Esky rails and now dig the look. Think wheels are next...

Today on my 2001 Hoe, I replaced the front and rear jounce stops, the sway bar links. I also completed my dash LED upgrade of the full interior, the puddle and license plate lamps, the dash speedo, HVAC , headlamp/wiper switches in blue. The traction light and the master switch are next! Looks good!,Feels good!, Good for you!, Good for me!...will update with pics of the hoe and other updates recently done.

Those aren’t bumpstops they’re jounce stops and they’re used as a fulcrum point. They’re meant to be in contact. Yours might be worn out, I would try a new set and your ride might improve. A small gap is ok but it shouldn’t be 5/8”.
Hey Rocket, I just replaced mine and I have a wide gap too. What would be out of place? My 2001 Tahoe is stock suspension stuff, what could require adjustment?
