Cranks over good. Used to pop off right away. Lately it’ll hesitate a bit before running. Runs good after that. Changed plugs and wires and still hesitates. Any ideas? Thx

Does it start any faster if you prime the fuel pump a couple times before starting???

Turn the key to the ON position, without attempting to start, 3-4 times then try starting it and see if it still hesitates.

If priming it makes it start up better then it sounds like the fuel pump is weak.

Install a new fuel pump and enjoy.

Make sure you get a good OEM type (AC Delco) pump... you don't want to have to drop the tank again because you cheaped out and bought a ***** pump.

Also make sure you get the correct pump for your application... Flex Fuel or Non-Flex Fuel.

*** EDIT ***

Not sure why "Fuel pump" is blue in the above sentence. I did not paste a link, but somehow it did it on its own... weird. *** It did it again ***

*** EDIT 2 ***

Now "fuel pump" is no longer blue... BUT AC Delco is... what's really going on... lol

Thanks for the reply. Will definitely go with a quality pump.
