What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Had the same problem with my van. I had to replace the shifter cable. I bent it near where it's bolted to the trans pan and it got messed up internally. My guess is it's your shifter cable--most likely the 2nd half--it's 2 pieces.

Those are clean looking . Never thought how much of a difference in looks it makes with clamps of all things.

There's a small metal clip that's between the 2 cables that holds both pieces together. That's a 1 time clip. Replace both pieces of the cable at the same time. If not--it'll work, but after awhile that clip will break and you'll be back where you started.

Hey guys new here, I’m usually on the obs side but recently picked up a 2005 Yukon 2wd (my city truck) lol. Put on some new brakes and changed this dinky little alternator power cable, and went with 0 gauge cable. How do I find out what alternator I have?

Looks good! Might as well be a spring clamp warrior and put one on that overflow hose.

I actually have an ACDelco OE spring clamp on order for that...

my dog had a thing for tube socks. ever see a dog crap out a size 16 sock? or puke one up......it really looks painful. at both ends. no idea how he choked them things down.

Fixed it plus cut the bolts down on the ones by the TB so I could turn them around to “clock” them the same direction (thanks @iamdub ) and use a shallow socket on them since there wasn’t enough room for the deep socket due to
