Hmmm. I'd recommend against it. I tried the "no cap" plan once and now i have all kinds of extra, mandatory adulting to do.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say someone intentionally made those wheels look like male genitalia.
What would be funny as hell would be finding out some totally normal guy designed them and in all honesty thought the design itself was cool on paper, then after they were made he realized perhaps it wasn't such a hot idea after all.
