Transmission Fluid-type to use?

Going to flush the tranny tomorrow on '17 Tahoe. Manual just says Dexron VI and doesn't mention using Synthetic. Does that mean it is ok not to use Synthetic?

I have two quarts sitting on my bench (AC Delco). One says Synthetic Dexron VI and the other does not say Synthetic. Just Dexron VI.
