Last week while on a fill trip, I hit a patch of ice and rolled my 2010 Yukon XL Denali. I am pretty sure this vehicle saved our lives along with some help from above.

Question

My Suburban feels wobbily at times. Not sure how to explain it. Wobbily when turning corners. Is that a sign I should replace my shocks and springs?

I also want to upgrade to an LED cluster with a newer face. Not many options for a 2000 put there. Anyone know of a website that I can check out?

Thanks

Below are pics of the Yukon. All of my kids were in car seats and were all ok. My wife has a concussion and I ended up trapped in the driver's side for an hour with a large laceration to my hand cutting a tendon. We were very lucky

Looks like it protected you guys, for the most part. Other suvs may not have been as good.

I’d definitely get a dealer opinion. Maybe oil change with their “free” inspection to give you some direction on what’s going on.

Holy hell! That's a mess. Glad you're all still here to tell us about it.

I'm sure you know you need to get new car seats for the younglings, after a crash.

If your Suburban feels "top heavy", like it's swaying to the side when cornering, then it's either worn shocks, worn sway bar bushings, broken sway bar end links, or a combination. This is assuming it has proper tires inflated to proper pressure.

Yes, something like that.

Wow!!! Glad you guys made it out ok!! That is scary.

Yeah, as stated check shocks and sway bar end links and go from there on your issue with the 2000.

I need to ask a question why didn't the stabletrack keep you on the road ? Did you have to keep away from traffic ? That caused the roll? Very happy everyone's ok . Maybe full rig roll cage install be good idea..[emoji15][emoji849]

All of a sudden the back end slipped and pushed us straight off the road into a field. Normally I can control a fishtail but I never had the chance it happened so quick.

Damn man. Glad everyone's ok... the picture of the headliner, is that juice or blood? I've seen a lot of wrecks but I've never seen a mess like that on the headliner

Damn! Definitely saved you, that's for sure! Glad you are ok. As far was wobbling, I'd say something with the sway bars or bushings/links. My Tahoe was bad for a little while and started to look around and seen the links were broken on both sides. Definitely made a huge difference.

Just glad you and the family are ok. That is not replaceable.....
