My front passenger wiper blade doesn't sit flush with the windshield all the way across. I buy 22" blades for both wipers in the front. The drivers one sits fine, but the edge of the passenger one (closest to the mirror) sticks up from the windshield. Once it wipes it makes contact, but in the resting position the outward edge (about 2 inches of it) does not sit snug against the windshield. I previously had Bosch ICONs and now I'm using the Michelins from Costco. Both did this. Does anyone else have this on their passenger wiper blade and is there any way to have it sit firmly against the windshield in the resting position?

Yes. This has been discussed on the NBS. I can't say first hand about NNBS. If you use a conventional frame wiper it will sit down. I like the beam style better, so I just stare at that one little spot it doesn't hit and swear at it for stress relief.

I think this is typical with GM after mine stopped wiping correctly I RECYCLED them onto my broke friends car and they worked like new on his Chrysler 200 funny huh?

I swear they worked like new after putting it on his car tell the rubber fell off.... I replaced them every 2 years or so .

if I can get 2 uses of a single set of wipers that is pretty great.

mine does it too, but not a big deal I'm driving and not sitting on the passenger side, my bigger issue is wipers not sticking to the window at higher speeds above about 80-85 standard wipers tend to lift off the window and essentially not work, I used to buy the bosch but now autozone makes a bosch knock-off for almost 1/2 the price and they will stay on the window above 80mph but they do start to lift off at about 100-110 somewhere around there.

It must really suck to have reduced visibility when driving in the rain above 100 MPH. Kinda makes me thankful for my relatively petty problems.

At those speeds.... who needs wipers???

Actually I keep my washer fluid bottle filled with the Rain-X brand fluid and very seldom need the wipers, especially at highway speed.

I did recently replace my blades with the Rain-X silicone blades... they are doing a great job so far. A little pricey at $32 a piece but they did have a $10 rebate on them at Advance auto parts.
